What’s Included?

By joining the HealthBuddy Path to Happiness Program you will join a very small community (max of 25 people) for 5 months of intimate group coaching.

Every Program is broken down into 5 x 4 week blocks which enables you to stay focused on one particular area of your health at a time.

  • We begin with your Mindset and Motivation – Setting you up for success from day one!
  • The second core module is all centred around your eating habits with no restrictions. You can lose weight and improve your health whilst still enjoying the foods you love!
  • Then it’s onto your fitness level. Let me help you exercise without even knowing you are doing it!
  • And then one of the biggest areas of your life with your relationships and lifestyle. This is key to all your success.
  • Before lastly tackling all those potential illnesses that we can be prone to as we age such as IBS, Type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol and high blood pressure.

You will have your own supportive health coach who you can contact daily and will be welcomed into a secure VIP Facebook group where you have access to all the content as well as a safe and friendly environment to talk to your coach and the other members of your community.

Weekly tasks to complete to keep you accountable and make sure you keep moving forwards towards your goals.
