How to do the perfect squat
Keep your head up and eyes looking forward (not down). This helps keep you back straight.
Feel like you are sitting back into a chair. This keeps the weight more to the heel of the foot.
Always try and keep your knees either above or behind the line of your toes. You don’t want you knees pushing forward past your toe line.
Go as deep as you can but achieving that 90 degree ‘seated position’ is perfect
