How to do the perfect squat

🔵 Keep your head up and eyes looking forward (not down). This helps keep you back straight. 

🔵 Feel like you are sitting back into a chair. This keeps the weight more to the heel of the foot. 

🔵 Always try and keep your knees either above or behind the line of your toes. You don’t want you knees pushing forward past your toe line. 

🔵 Go as deep as you can but achieving that 90 degree ‘seated position’ is perfect
