To give you a brief view of the plan, I have outlined a few basic points below….

This simple 4 step process will help you to detox safely throughout January. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
STEP 1 – REMOVE⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Begin by removing all the trigger foods. The first one I would start with is dairy. We have had unusually high levels of dairy of Christmas and it has left us feeling bloated, tired and miserable. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
STEP 2 – REPLACE⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Replace all the foods you have removed with some healthier choices. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Milk can easily be replaced with water and this is definitely something our body has lacked over the festive period (because we don’t count the water in our beer 😉)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

STEP 3 – REPAIR⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Begin repairing our damaged gut but taking a course of good quality probiotics throughout January. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We probably have eaten a little too much beige food over the last few weeks and our gut is crying out for vitamins, minerals and good healthy bacteria. A good quality probiotic and a multi vitamin would not be a bad way to start your year. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

STEP 4 – REBALANCE⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Make sure these steps lead you through the whole year, your whole life, not just through January. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
